Safety & Risk Management

The safety and wellbeing of participants, the faculty and staff is a priority at Explorers Outdoor Ed. ‘Physical’ as well as ‘Emotional’ safety of participants is of utmost importance at all times. Our Risk Management approach includes - qualified/trained faculty and staff, informed participants, the curriculum and our support services (i.e. equipment, transportation and campus). At Explorers we follow a clear thought process of “Analyze, Inform & Manage (AIM)” and build practices to support the process and create a safe and positive learning environment for participants and instructors.
